My Journey

Healing is a journey of becoming, discovering, and growing. Seeking our authentic self, fully embracing the experience, and living with vitality and in alignment with nature. I chose the business name of Wise Earth Healthcare to emphasize the body’s innate intelligence to heal.

When I was younger, I had to embrace my own exploration of health. I saw the transformation in myself, and realized with a little bit of self-discipline and courage I could accomplish anything. While I was working in the fitness industry, I wanted to help guide people to the same realization, but I still had struggles of my own to confront. I gravitated toward Ayurveda medicine, because I wanted to understand how to better facilitate health in myself and others. Much of what I discovered helped me grow spiritually and emotionally, and it’s still an ever-evolving, unique process.

I wanted to help others navigate their health through evaluation and clinical management. Naturopathic medicine called to me, not because I was drawn to being a doctor, but because I was drawn to helping others. Naturopathic medicine treats the whole-person by addressing the root cause of disease and providing optimal health and vitality for a wide variety of health concerns. A variety of symptoms and health conditions can arise or worsen due to one root cause.

Optimal health is achieved by treating the root cause of disease, supporting the body’s self-healing mechanism, and finding balance of body, mind, and spirit. I would be honored to be part of your journey!
